Syrian President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday Decree number 210/2012, stating the formation of the new Syrian government, headed by new Prime Minister Riyad Hijab.

The Decree included two articles; the first listing the new Ministers of the cabinet and their ministries, and the second demanding the circulation of decree and duties to those in charge.
