5 US Soldiers Killed in Wardak Province in Afghanistan

An Afghan soldier has opened fire on US forces in the central province of Wardak, injuring five of them.

Press TV quoted Afghan officials as saying that the incident took place in a US military base in Sayyed Abad city, located in eastern Wardak province, on Tuesday evening.

The Afghan soldier has reportedly managed to escape.
